Christina Dixon Parnall


Christina’s current practice focuses primarily on § 1983 civil rights defense as well as personal injury,
premises liability, and general insurance defense. Christina’s dual background in civil and criminal law
lends itself well to the defense of matters involving penological or criminal procedure issues. She has
practiced at both the federal and state court levels and has represented individual clients and
businesses. Christina has a strong litigation background as a former public defender attorney and has
handled trial matters ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to murder cases. She has been an active
participant and lecturer concerning criminal justice issues in South Carolina. Christina has been
practicing in the State of South Carolina since her admission to the Bar in 2009. Christina graduated cum
laude from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, and the Charleston School of Law, where she
was active in the Federal Courts Law Review and Moot Court Board.
